motto :

There is around 70 thousands of Vietnamese people registered in the Czech Republic as residents, however the real number of Vietnamese people living here is much higher – around 90-100 thousands. They are the third biggest ethnic group living in the Czech Republic.

Project Miss Vietnam is a project supporting Czech- Vietnamese relationship. It is also my personal intercultural dialogue It shows my relationship towards Vietnamese people, admiration towards their hardworking attitude, Modesty and unbelievable potential….

Miss Vietnam is a collection of stools and chairs.

To my big happiness, stools Jarmila, were part of the exhibition in Galerie Mint, in London. They are also part of the Czech Pavilon at Expo 2015 in Milano. Vietnamese fabrics are  playing a very important part in Miss Vietnam collection. These fabrics come from specific provinces in Vietnam. These  hand made, beautiful decorated fabrics are showing authentic cultural tradition, handicraft Art and beauty and rich heritage of Vietnam. I felt deeply in love with these stunning fabrics and I knew immediately that they will be part of my bespoken furniture.

Miss Vietnam is all about connection between traditional handmade products from Vietnam and Czech Republic personal stories, relationships, understanding, explorations,  discovery and enjoyment  of a new world around us…slow
